Longevity Programme guide

One year. Four checkpoints.

The testing calendar is deliberately fixed. It gives your doctor enough distance to compare meaningful changes while precision nutrition and functional training continue between reviews.

Guide overview

Understand what happens, when it happens and what each checkpoint changes.

The calendar separates measurement from the work between measurements. That makes it easier to know why a test is being repeated and what continues after the last sample.

01

Why four checkpoints

One result is useful for identifying a current concern. A sequence of comparable results can show whether selected markers are moving, stable or need another clinical review.

The programme therefore uses two full panels and two focused check-ins. The exact priority markers are chosen from your baseline and clinical context rather than copied from a standard list.

02

What happens at each point

  • Day 0: full baseline panel and priority-marker selection.
  • Month 3: focused redraw of the priority markers.
  • Month 6: full repeat panel and complete trend review.
  • Month 9: final priority-marker check of the membership year.
03

What continues after Month 9

Testing ends at Month 9. The membership does not. Precision nutrition and functional training continue through Month 12.

This distinction matters because the programme is not a blood-test package. Testing provides the measurement layer; nutrition and functional training are where the ongoing work happens.

04

Microbiome and epigenetic testing

Precision and Legacy include a gut microbiome baseline at the start of each membership year. A genuine year-over-year comparison becomes possible from the second year.

Legacy also includes epigenetic testing once in the first year. It is treated as a single lifetime reading, not a result that is repeatedly tracked on renewal.

05

How a checkpoint becomes a decision

  1. The correct sample is collected and linked to the scheduled checkpoint.
  2. Your doctor reviews the result with earlier results, symptoms, history and medicines.
  3. The team decides what needs attention, what can remain unchanged and what needs investigation outside the programme.
  4. Relevant direction is carried into precision nutrition and functional training.
06

Before the membership starts

Early access is followed by a suitability conversation when the programme opens. The team will confirm the intended tier, explain preparation for the baseline and identify whether an active concern needs a different route first.

  • Keep a current list of medicines and supplements.
  • Bring previous reports that may help establish context.
  • Describe active symptoms rather than waiting for the programme to explain them.
  • Choose online or offline doctor review according to your schedule.

Common questions

Clear answers before you choose a next step.

Does the programme end after the Month 9 test?

No. Month 9 is the final testing checkpoint. Precision nutrition and functional training continue through Month 12, which is the end of the membership year.

Are the priority markers the same for every member?

No. They are selected after the baseline review using the person's results, history, medicines and clinical context.

Can I enrol now?
